Registration - Baptism Class in English: Baptism Classes meet in the Nicodemus Room from 1:00PM - 3:00PM.

• At least one (1) parent MUST attend a Baptism Class. Godparents are welcome to attend.
• Classes are held once a month in the Nicodemus Room, 1pm-3pm. 
• Please choose your date for the Baptism Preparation Class from the available options in the form below.
• No need to take the class again if you've taken it within three years.
• **Once you have completed the Baptism Class and submitted all documents, you will be provided with a choice of Baptism dates.**

Godparents

• Watch the video below on this page called "Role of the Godparents"
• Godparent(s) must be practicing Catholic(s) who are Baptized and Confirmed Catholic, devoutly attending Mass and practicing the Catholic faith
• If either Godparent is married, they must attest that they have received the Sacrament of Holy Matrimony through Clergy ordained in the Catholic Church.
• Each Godparent must complete and submit the Godparent Sponsor Form

• To register for a Baptism at Our Lady of the Rosary follow these steps:
  • Complete the Baptism Registration Form
    • If your home parish is NOT OLOR, you will also need to provide a letter of delegation (permission) from the pastor of your home parish.
  • Submit a copy of the child's Birth Certificate
  • Sign-up for a Baptism Class
  • Have each Godparent submit a Godparent Sponsor Form
• A copy of the child's birth certificate must be emailed to [email protected] if not uploaded in the Baptism Registration Form
• Once you have completed the Baptism registration, submitted all documents and have attended the Baptism Class, you will be provided with a choice of Baptism dates.

Donations

As a Sacrament of the Church, no charge is made for the celebration of Baptism. However, it is customary to give a donation to support the life and the work of the Parish.
